Description of tasksThe successful candidate is responsible for implementation of global brand strategy and performance marketing activities in Taiwan. Key tasks include:
  • Communications strategy development on brand topics and product lines
  • Data-driven analysis and execution of performance marketing across digital and social channels
QualificationsExperienceMinimum 3-5 years' experience in social media communication, performance marketing and brand communication functions. Experience in full funnel media planning especially on lead generation is a must.Personal Skills· Analytical and critical thinking· Teamwork spirit· Creative and innovative mindset· Demonstrated ability in agency management and cross-functional collaborationSpecific knowledge· Ability to lead agencies and manage end-to-end brand communication campaigns, from strategy and KPI setting to message development and creative delivery· Familiarity with Meta, Google, and programmatic advertising investment strategy and operations· Stay up to date with new features, algorithm changes, and the latest trends on social media platforms, proactively proposing innovative applications and marketing initiatives.· Proficient in using tools such as GA4 to monitor and analyze performance, transforming data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
