- Act as key HR Business Partner to drive and deliver HR initiatives that fits with the business direction - especially with a key focus to store populations
- Oversee full spectrum of human resources services and elevate employee experience in the people life cycle.
- Liaise with key business stakeholders and regional HR for organizational planning and development
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all team members
- Working with the external payroll provider, overseeing the monthly payroll process and managing any compensation and benefits related topics ensuring compliance in all areas.
- Support Retail Director in the areas of performance management, team developments and succession planning
- Maintaining fair and consistent HR policies and procedures across the company
- Full HR Budget responsibility, compile annual HR budgets and forecasts, controlling HR costs in close collaboration with Finance Director and General Manager
- Manage employee relations through expanding communication channels and face-to-face meetings and addressing any workplace issues or disputes.
- Partner with business leaders and frontline managers to determine needs and requirements in the area of human resources management; provide daily consultations and help with solutions to provide an efficient and healthy work environment
- Embrace employee value proposition and sustain our employer branding.
- Responsible for all HR related administrative tasks, e.g. contract, employee files, data entry in HR systems
- Handle any ad hoc projects or assignment as required.
- 6 - 8+ years of generalist HR experience, with considerable experience in the retail industry preferred.
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Hands-on attitude combined with a strategic mindset
- Proven track record in managing budgeting, C&B, and compliance
- Solid knowledge on HR related laws, rules, and regulations in Taiwan.
- Exposure to working with multiple cultures, well-exposed & effective internationally.
- Results-oriented with a passion for excellence and attention to detail.
- Intermediate/Advanced ExcelPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good team initiatives; open to changes and can adapt quickly.
- Highly organized & proactive with strong ownership & passion for the brand.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented operating environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and savvy with numbers and budgets.
