Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to contribute to the development and execution of market access strategies, with a particular focus on pricing and reimbursement initiatives across our product portfolio. This position will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance pricing effectiveness, inform market entry planning, and support long-term value creation for the company’s therapies.Responsibilities:Lead the formulation and rollout of access strategies to secure favorable pricing and reimbursement conditions for both existing and upcoming products.Interpret payer and stakeholder needs to craft compelling product value propositions that align with health system priorities.Apply deep insights into local health policy, pricing regulations, and evaluation frameworks to inform business recommendations.Maintain internal pricing databases and ensure data is aligned with global and local access strategies.Work closely with internal teams to streamline market access timelines and optimize reimbursement outcomes.Continuously monitor pricing regulations and adjust strategies based on product lifecycle phases and market shifts.Collaborate with HEOR experts to align health outcomes research with pricing narratives and access planning.Support internal and external communication with evidence-based insights to drive informed decision-making.Qualifications:University degree or higher in pharmacy, public health, health economics, or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, including 2+ years in market access, pricing, or health economics.Demonstrated success in developing reimbursement submissions and achieving positive pricing outcomes.Strong ability to synthesize scientific and economic evidence into persuasive value messages for diverse audiences.Experience interacting with health authorities, regulatory bodies, and key healthcare decision-makers.Familiarity with health technology assessment processes and value frameworks.Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.Proven project management capabilities and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
