- Act as a consultative advisor to hiring managers, providing talent market insights, competitor benchmarks, and workforce trends to inform hiring decisions.
- Influence and challenge business stakeholders to think beyond immediate hiring needs, aligning talent acquisition with dentsu’s long-term business and organizational priorities.
- Partner with HRBPs to ensure recruitment strategies integrate with workforce planning, succession pipelines, and diversity goals.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and business-critical roles, from talent mapping, sourcing, and assessment through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent for key functions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies leveraging market research, social media, and professional networks to engage high-caliber passive candidates.
- Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through consultative engagement, transparent communication, and timely execution.
- Champion dentsu’s brand in the market by representing the organization at industry events, networking forums, and with external partners.
- Lead or support regional and local recruitment-related projects, including diversity initiatives, recruitment technology improvements, and talent pipeline programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 6–8 years of progressive recruiting experience in a medium to high-volume, high hiring bar environment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to consult with and influence senior business stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and shaping talent decisions.
- Experience in Media or advertising agency talent markets strongly preferred.
- Track record of building sourcing strategies for scarce, high-demand talent segments.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage both senior leaders and candidates effectively.
- Demonstrated success in managing recruitment projects or initiatives beyond BAU hiring (e.g., employer branding, referral campaigns)
- Prior experience in search firms welcomed.
