SR FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER

- Collaborating with customers and field support staff to identify technical problems and provide input to the solutions.
- Monitoring the scheduled demos and installations and managing the company products and other sales and service request details.
- Recommending the upgrades and replacements and monitoring the new products' inspection and testing.
- Conducting training sessions to familiarize employees with the latest technologies, products, or applications of existing products and support design service initiatives.
Teamwork with account manager to design win TE product in customer system
Work directly with customer to resolve technical issues including Server, Storage, Networking, IPC and computer peripherals product
Track, respond and manage customer's technical inquiries
Make communication between customer engineer and internal engineering team
Technical Seminar/Product promotion & training for customers
Create new concept and proposal for customers
Develop and maintain professional relationship with customersQualifications
Experience with one of following criterion:
FAE experience at least 3 years
Connector design experience at least 3 years
Server, Storage, Networking product design experience at least 3 years
2D/3D CAD skill is required.
Ability to speak a technical and a business language.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Fluent English skill for both writing and speaking.
