- Acting as the customer-facing representative for quality issues
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints
- Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participating in quality planning during product development (e.g., Control Plan, PFMEA, Yield Reports)
- Defining product specifications and quality checkpoints with engineering teams
- Auditing production lines to ensure compliance with customer expectations
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering (8+ years preferred)
- Familiarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, 8D reports, and CAPA
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook and PowerPoint)
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
