Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Partner would be accountable for the Talent Acquisition portfolio with a laser sharp focus on hiring for high value seats at the Executive Director and below level with the client experience at the front and centre of every hire. The role will be responsible for the day to day operations with a key focus on our sourcing strategy including building market maps for potential candidate pools and alignment with our global TA strategy for high value seats. The role holder will ensure that we have a strong collaborative partnership with our key Vendor partners and work as an ambassador for the CIB and GSF business to all internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs.
  • Develop, plan and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote an inclusive hiring process.
  • Develop multi-hire sourcing approaches (including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates) to fulfil the hiring needs.
  • Manage various recruitment events as required.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to refine strategies and improve hiring processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach towards the team and it's processes.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand through engaging content and active participation in industry events.
  • Be consultative to the hiring team where required, e.g., with interview guide, hiring process, ensuring the right recruitment decisions are made, challenging the business' recommendations etc.
  • Manage work-permit applications and extensions for new-hires and in-country transfers where required.
  • Ensure pre-employment checks are completed in line with global minimum standards, managing any delays, etc.
  • Ensure the operational effectiveness of the process and ensure all the Risk and Compliance agenda are met.
  • Ensuring policy, process and system knowledge and capability are at the highest level
