- Business Analysis and Intelligence (40%)
- Plan, design and conduct key strategic market research programs and translate the findings into strategic and tactical recommendations that help drive brand success.
- Lead through the execution of market research programs with prioritized prioritization and timeline.
- Ensure commercial leadership understands and accounts for key research results and customer and market insights.
- Synthesize and integrate internal and external data, research, and analyses into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and improve commercial operations.
- Business Planning Support (40%)
- Brand plans: Support brand teams with data analytics to help distil insights that add rigour to the build the patient model, long range plans and brand plans.
- Business reviews: Coordinate regular business reviews with business units and provide informed recommendations. Able to manage a portfolio of products and consistently engage with the brand team & leadership to craft each brand's strategy.
- New product planning: Lead comprehensive analysis and provide insights i.e., go-to-market strategies, competitive landscape, patient journey analysis, etc. Support new products launch readiness and support successful commercialization in Taiwan.
- Organization Capability and Processes Enhancement (20%)
- Improve the capabilities of the Commercial Excellence team and brand teams by researching and implementing new analytical tools, methodologies, as well as providing trainings.
- Cross functional collaboration with country brand team and other functions to drive company initiatives (i.e., Launch excellence work stream: launch excellence, brand Liaise with regional team in prioritized company initiatives (i.e., Company work streams: launch excellence, brand performance, and brand team excellence)
- What we expect of you
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above and 5 years of experience in pharma industry or consulting company, market research, or business analysis; experience in sales force effectiveness or product management is plus.
- Proficient analysis and project management skills to turn unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations.
- Strong knowledge in data, analytics, research, and/or dashboarding & reporting approach
- Fluent in English communication (oral and written)
- Skillful in Microsoft Office, and remote working tools
- Track record leading projects, attention to details, managing multiple tasks with priority, and delivering results.
- Focus on deliverables within agreed upon deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment.

- Self-starter who can function autonomously.
- Excellent technical skills in market research with experience across a broad range of research designs and participant types
- Proven strategic / critical thinking abilities and eye for business.
- Ability to develop and deliver transparent presentations that articulate key findings in the research, ensuring comprehensive understanding for decision-makers.
