Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.This position is part of the Customer Support Team located in TWN - Taipei and will be Remote. Resolve complex instrument issues to provide accurate reports for patients.
Perform proper maintenance on instruments to provide customers with best user experience.
Properly install instruments to provide customers with the best equipment usage experience.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Related to Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Medical Technology and Laboratory Science.
Over 2 years of experience.
Proficient in “Microsoft Excel”, “Microsoft Word”, “Microsoft PowerPoint”.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel – list specifics 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

TOEIC score of 500 or above or equivalent language proficiency certification.
