- Support the development of UCB TW & HK strategies for gaining adoption of UCB approaches for improving diagnosis, treatment and overall management of Immonology disorders in ways that create patient value, advance stakeholder objectives and increase use of Immunology medicines where appropriate.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successfully Bimzelx launch in TW and HK by developing sound medical strategy and tactics to shape the market, develop KOLs, address data gap by RWE and fulfill RMP request by government.
- Share best practices in engagement and proposal process to secure data, findings and publications that document new perspectives on patient value creation with UCB promoted products across ecosystems and patient segments in accordance with Immunology RWE data strategy plan.
- Help MSL’s to foster use of UCB portfolio among health care professionals and practices in district using approved product information and other available resources tailored to the local ecosystem to support appropriate utilization of UCB medicines.
- Supports consistent MSL interactions with key physician relationships according to their ecosystem, specialization, and scientific, epidemiological and/or therapeutic perspectives on patient value creation as the basis for collaborative engagement strategies. Identifies new opportunities for value creation through collaboration with local influencers and thought leaders on investigator-initiated studies, publications and presentations.
- Guides MSLs in creation of development plans and oversees implementation and make necessary adaptations to ensure delivery of maximum value for patients and stakeholders
- Master’s degree or above in life sciences or healthcare
- PharmD, PhD or MD is preferred
3-year experience as a People Manager * Solid expertise and experience in managing PSP and creating RWE
- Proven track records of developing and implementing medical strategy and plan in line with portfolio objectives and priorities
- Knowledge of local regulatory guidelines/requirements
- Demonstrate great leadership skills in building a high-performing team and collaborating with regional /local cross-functional colleagues
- Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communications
- Demonstrate strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution
