Generate Reliability Test Flows Review new design specifications to ensure alignment with quality standards. Successfully implement and verify stress and characterization flows as requested. Debug any issues encountered during the flow's development to maintain flawless execution. Optimize tests to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the reliability assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, categorize, and resolve failures strictly and efficiently. Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Proven knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, including C++, Java, Python, C#, Ruby, and more. Familiarity with semiconductor device physics.
