- Develop and implement a robust digital engagement roadmap that drives patient awareness, interest, and conversion into actions for obese patients.
- Design and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns to expand online share of voice, foster credible conversations, and educate the public about obesity management.
- Manage and optimize the digital conversion funnel to guide potential patients from online information-seeking to healthcare professional (HCP) consultations and treatment initiation.
- Build and manage closed loop marketing (CLM) initiatives that keep patients engaged and promote adherence and loyalty through personalized content and reminders.
- Lead key performance tracking for all digital activities, including traffic, engagement, conversion, prescription uptick, and adherence outcomes.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, consumer engagement, or omnichannel strategy, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or wellness sectors.
- Candidates with strong backgrounds in FMCG, consumer health, e-commerce, or digital platforms with proven success in driving conversion and loyalty are also welcome.
- Demonstrated experience in patient or customer journey mapping and closed loop marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; comfortable using web analytics, CRM tools, and social listening platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decisions.
