- Develop and implement a robust digital engagement roadmap for Wegovy® that drives patient awareness, interest, and conversion into prescriptions.
- Design and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns to expand online share of voice, foster credible conversations, and educate the public about obesity management.
- Manage and optimize the digital conversion funnel to guide potential patients from online information-seeking to healthcare professional (HCP) consultations and treatment initiation.
- Build and manage closed loop marketing (CLM l) initiatives that keep patients engaged post-prescription and promote adherence and loyalty through personalized content and reminders.
- Oversee content strategy, social media management, and community engagement to spark meaningful dialogue around obesity and healthy weight management.
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships with digital health platforms, influencers, or patient organizations that amplify reach and impact.
- Collaborate closely with Field Force teams to ensure online leads are effectively linked with HCP networks for consultation and prescription.
- Lead key performance tracking for all digital activities, including traffic, engagement, conversion, prescription uptick, and adherence outcomes.
- Continuously analyze data and generate insights to optimize the patient journey touchpoints and maximize ROI.
- Ensure all content and activities comply with local compliance/regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, consumer engagement, or omnichannel strategy, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or wellness sectors.
- Candidates with strong backgrounds in FMCG, consumer health, e-commerce, or digital platforms with proven success in driving conversion and loyalty are also welcome.
- Demonstrated experience in patient or customer journey mapping and closed loop marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; comfortable using web analytics, CRM tools, and social listening platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decisions.
