- Support GTFS operational processing platforms (such as CRIMS) - this support will include managing system upgrades, migration projects, new client onboarding, report development & support on a BAU basis
- Manage projects to achieve objectives within scope, deliver within budget and deadline
- Closely communicate with stakeholder groups including project, operational and IT teams
- Liaise and communicate with global stakeholders to understand their requirements and articulate solutions
- Raise issues and opportunities to drive the organization for excellent
- Propose recommendations and seek supporters from stakeholder groups
- To manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
- Good analytical and problem solving ability with sufficient working knowledge of information technology such as SQL and Microsoft office programming
- Degree holder in computer science, accounting, finance, science, technology, engineering or mathematics or related discipline with demonstrated experience in the relevant operation areas
- Experiences in Business analyst/Project management with demonstrated interest in application change management and support and problem resolution.
- Excellent knowledge and practical working experience in project management and system implementation
- Good knowledge of Securities Services products and services, preferable experience working in an environment servicing institutional clients
- Good knowledge of fund contracts, prospectuses and other relevant mandate specific documentation
- Good knowledge in finance and investment or system development
- Practical working experience with Fund Accounting/Administration and/or investment compliance system/products is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure with effective organizational, team and time management skills
- Observant, detail conscious, analytical, self-motivated and proactive
- A logical and analytical mind-set with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency Test for Trust Operations Personnel - Level 3 (信託業管理人員)
- Internal Control & Internal Audit License (銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗)
- Basic Test on Financial Markets and Professional Ethics (金融市場常識與職業道德)
- Examination for associated persons of securities investment trust and consulting enterpris (證券投資信託事業證券投資顧問事業業務人員)
- A relevant project management or business/functional analysis certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification from PMI or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®
- Knowledge / Exposure to production support and service request management
- Knowledge of Institutional funds and financial instruments
- Have good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
- Good Knowledge and understanding of CRIMS, Unity2, Multifonds, Icon
- Have good knowledge and understanding of NAV accounting process
- Knowledge of fund migration process and ability to contribute to a successful business implementation process in on boarding of new funds
- Basic knowledge in custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds and ETF with position in customer services are definitely an advantage
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office programming and automation (VBA in MS Access and MS Excel) would be an added advantage
