- Managing Major Strategic Accounts (non-KAs) involves developing effective strategies to maximize business outcomes within the responsible territories. To achieve this, leadership within the organization is crucial.
- As a business hub to collaborate with BUs to Drive profitable growth to maximize Major Strategic Accounts (non-KAs)/other accounts business opportunity.
- To create cross-BUs (i.e., MKT, MR, DMs, medical) engagement platform and understanding the needs and partnership opportunities within the non-Key Strategic Accounts prioritize strategic key accounts. Through this to make sure agile decision-making process to overcome external environment dynamics and achieve company objectives. Field works will be assigned to selected accounts.
- Understand assigned accounts: Start to thoroughly understand the non-KAs responsible for. Including analyzing account’s needs, business objective for individual account and key challenges. Gather relevant information about the account to gain insights. Also need to align cross-BUs’ resources within assigned non-KAs to maximize business opportunities.
- Build holistic analytical tools to co-create win-win solution for internal stakeholders to deliver long-term value of company portfolios and build internal account management competences. Became company account management hub to help BU building solid capability of account management hence efficient execution of duties and overall performance at all levels of the department.
- Regularly monitor and measure the performance of non-key strategic accounts against set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data analytics and reporting tools to track progress, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions. By doing so, you can continuously optimize your strategies and demonstrate effective leadership.
- College or university degree
- 4-6 years of relevant working experience

- Strong background & experience in strategic planning.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
