
HR Assistant Job - iGaming - Taipei, Taiwan

- Handle monthly payroll and bonus processing, including personal income tax declaration, pension, insurance, and payroll system administration.
- Review, maintain, and develop HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee full-scope HR functions including:
- HR operations
- Recruitment
- Benefits administration
- Employee relations
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Employment formalities
- Time/attendance and leave management
- HR reporting
- Participate in regular meetings and report relevant HR matters to management.
- Collaborate on projects with both local and global stakeholders.
- Perform other HR-related or administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Must hold a valid R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport.
