
Catalog Assistant Manager (Global sourcing)

- Leverage Japanese or Cantonese language skills to support cross-regional projects and communication.
- With a focus on improving catalog quality in Taiwan Coupang Marketplace, create scalable and automated solutions for end-to-end management of new programs in partnership with various internal teams. Develop SOPs for manual management where automation is not possible.
- Manage a team of 5-10 contractors (including daily attendance, performance monitoring and evaluation, workload management, etc.).
- Investigate root causes when issues arise and propose solutions supported by data and evidence.
- Drive operational performance improvements and lead projects to expand business and enhance customer and partner team experiences.
- Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, success metrics, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams and program stakeholders.
- Work independently as well as influence and manage project teams, sub-teams, and subject matter experts to develop, test, or implement new ideas or process improvements.
- Ensure that multiple projects within the program roadmap are delivered on time and meet specified objectives.
- 4 years of experience in program, project, or process management, or business operations, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is required.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Cantonese is required.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong Excel skills.
- 1 year of people management experience.
- Experience with SQL or other data-building tools is a strong plus.
