- Vision & Execution: Own the long-term vision, strategy, and execution for DP growth, ensuring we have a strong and resilient DP supply base to support growth across Food Delivery, Grocery & Retail, Uber Direct, Uber Connect, and more, each with unique delivery requirements.
- Problem Solving: Lead top of funnel delivery partner growth, including delivery partner sign-ups and performance marketing channels; improve and optimize the delivery partner onboarding funnel experience; leverage data and experiments to improve delivery partner acquisition costs, retention and incentive designs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams-including Legal, Marketing, Public Policy, Communications, Safety, and external stakeholders-to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strategy and operations professionals. Foster a high-performance culture grounded in Uber's values.
- 5+ years of experience in general management, consulting, investment banking, tech, analytics, or operations
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
- Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- 6+ years of experience in general management, consulting, investment banking, technology, analytics, or operations
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams
