We are looking for a strategic, analytical and execution-focused Head of Delivery Partner Growth to lead the development and growth of our delivery partner (DP) base in Taiwan. This role is critical to the success of Uber Eats, ensuring we have the right base of engaged and high-quality delivery partners to meet current and future demand.You will own both the supply strategy and execution, leading a team of individual contributors and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Policy, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable, sustainable, and cost-efficient supply growth. This is a high-impact role that demands analytical rigor, creative problem solving, a deep understanding of growth levers, and a strong bias for action.What You'll Do
  • Vision & Execution: Own the long-term vision, strategy, and execution for DP growth, ensuring we have a strong and resilient DP supply base to support growth across Food Delivery, Grocery & Retail, Uber Direct, Uber Connect, and more, each with unique delivery requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Lead top of funnel delivery partner growth, including delivery partner sign-ups and performance marketing channels; improve and optimize the delivery partner onboarding funnel experience; leverage data and experiments to improve delivery partner acquisition costs, retention and incentive designs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams-including Legal, Marketing, Public Policy, Communications, Safety, and external stakeholders-to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strategy and operations professionals. Foster a high-performance culture grounded in Uber's values.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in general management, consulting, investment banking, tech, analytics, or operations
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in general management, consulting, investment banking, technology, analytics, or operations
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams
