As part of this mission, the LTV Strategy function plays a critical role in shaping how we understand, predict, and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) across the business.Role Summary:We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director/Sr. Director of LTV Strategy to lead the development and execution of customer lifetime value frameworks that inform marketing investments, product decisions, and customer experience strategies. This role will partner closely with analytics, product, finance, and marketing teams to drive long-term customer growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the company-wide LTV framework, including segmentation, predictive modeling, and cohort analysis.
  • Translate LTV insights into actionable strategies for acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Partner with finance and marketing leadership to optimize budget allocation based on LTV and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) dynamics.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer quality and long-term value through product, pricing, and experience enhancements.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of LTV analysts and strategists.
  • Combine the efforts of CRM & Event teams to drive High value actions that drive LTV
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Experience in using in-house / external CRM tools & personalization software to drive segmentation and reach potential customers.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, growth marketing, analytics, or related fields, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or consumer businesses.
  • Proven track record of building and operationalizing LTV models and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or similar tools; familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing at the executive level.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business-related field preferred.
