  • Develop and articulate the local strategy, setting clear priorities and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish strategic KPIs across functions, ensuring regular updates and refinements to the strategy.
  • Monitor and report on the implementation status of strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights and support for continuous improvement.
  • Drive the achievement of strategic KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
2. Transformation Management:
  • Lead the development and execution of local transformation initiatives and projects that support the Center’s overarching strategy.
  • Oversee the monitoring and reporting of project status, costs, and benefits, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of all transformation actions and projects, maintaining a focus on value creation and impact.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Initiate and lead cross-functional projects and task forces that support the local strategy, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful implementation and execution of initiatives.
