Staff Product Engineer

- Own the full product lifecycle, from development through high-volume production.
- Collaborate on defining ATE test strategies, characterization plans, qualification processes, and manufacturing flows.
- Co-develop test specifications and establish control limits to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Partner on Customer Return Analysis investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct Cost of Goods Sold analysis and drive initiatives to reduce test and production costs.
- Perform data and yield analysis to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams and OSATs to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- 5 years of experience in product engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Exensio, Dataconductor, and JAM tools.
- Solid foundation in device physics and its application in test development.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Familiarity with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, and spectrum analyzers is a plus.
