Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to GM-Office Secretariat Team and closely collaborate with the Secretary of GM Office;
  • Take charge of daily corporate chop affixation matters for the Bank and keep good records;
  • Assist in coordination and organization of AC / Board / AGM meetings, events, and other team activities;
  • Maintain and update team records, files, and databases in good order;
  • Handle ad hoc incoming inquiries and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate team members;
  • Provide support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as instructed;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of team initiatives and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders;
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • No “work from home” for this role;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role;
  • A good common English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
  • Ability to work independently and also a team player to maintain team spirit and good working atmosphere;
  • Pay attention to details with high level of accuracy;
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask effectively and efficiently.
