Develop and implement EHS and Sustainability project management methodologies, standards, and tools. Coordinate with regional and functional leaders to ensure EHS compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability goals are met. Manage the EHS and Sustainability PMO budget and resources. Ensure continuous improvement of EHS project management practices and sustainability initiatives through benchmarking and lessons learned. Manage and coordinate EHS training programs across the organization, ensuring employees are adequately trained and informed about EHS policies, procedures, and sustainability goals. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in EHS, project management, sustainability initiatives, training management, and ISO system management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, sustainability practices, and ISO systems. Proficiency in project management software. Ability to travel as needed.
