Come up with methodologies to improve %UD/SD performance globally. Design Tier 2/3 matrices to improve %UD/SD. Develop suitable global reports for sites to benchmark against each other on %UD/SD Design and implement a process to improve workstations MOR %UTIL through %MA & Lost time improvement. Collaborate with SMAI to build a system to compare the wafer processing time between tools within a workstation. Build a database of inputs for all process areas to address tool to tool mismatch proactively. Collaborate with SMAI to build a system using these inputs to identify & fix tool to tool mismatches in a workstation. Design suitable matrices for each process area so that improvements impact the 4 pillars. Adopt benchmarking and deliver strategies to close the gaps. Challenge complacency and do not let strong market conditions give a false sense of reality. Gain insights into the competitor's culture, approach, and capabilities. Understand that the only way to guarantee our future is to be the best. Understand the challenges your team faces. Don't underestimate the effort it takes to be number one.
