2. Expanding customer base and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continuous order flow.
3. Establishing strategic partnerships with channels, executing promotions and campaigns aligned with company strategies, manage inventory and expenses, and achieving sales targets while monitoring profit and loss performance.
4. Maintaining customer relations and stay updated on market dynamics, demonstrating strong problem-solving and organizational skills to provide timely solutions.
5. Leading procurement negotiations, communication, planning, and tracking the execution progress of sales initiatives.
6. Implementing channel marketing activities, including consumer and store-level promotions, to enhance brand awareness and respond promptly to customer inquiries with effective solutions.
7. Analyzing performance against assigned targets and forecast goal accuracy.
8. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.專長條件:1. Minimum 15 years of experience in home appliance distribution or sales in hypermarket/e-commerce channels.
2. Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
3. Ability to work independently, strong communication and coordination skills, and effective self-management.
4. Sharp market insight with the ability to analyze customer needs and competitor trends.
