Job Responsibilities1. Supervise the accounts receivable and payable processes, long-term investment, general ledger to ensure accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance2. Lead the team to streamline the process through digital transformation3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with auditors and external stakeholders4. Implement accounting system and train new staff for overseas subsidiaries5. Train and develop the team to ensure optimal performanceJob Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance2. 10+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role3. Experience with accounts receivable and payable, investment accounting, reporting and general ledger management4. CPA certification is preferred5. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations6. Global working experience of public company is preferred7. Fluent in English and Mandarin8. Effective skills required: communication, project management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills9. Possess utmost integrity, a strong knowledge of accounting principles/regulations, and financial acumen10. Ability work cross-functionally under pressure in a fast-paced high-tech environment with strong sense of urgency and ownership11. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
