- Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Achieve individual and team KPIs related to placements, revenue, and activity.
- Deliver exceptional client and candidate experience through professional communication and support.
- Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sales. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
