- Collect and analyze data on product performance, consumer behavior, market trends, and economic conditions.
- Synthesize and analyze information to identify opportunities and threats, leveraging data to formulate product strategy.
- Develop launch plans for new business initiatives, establish product strategies, and communicate brand objectives.
- Define product positioning, assortment planning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaign planning to achieve annual business unit targets.
- Possess a strong understanding of product management concepts such as inventory, sales, and replenishment (PSI).
- Coordinate and manage relevant processes; adjust product sales strategies through performance tracking and analysis reports to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and distribution channels.
- Ensure the execution of product plans and strategies; communicate and coordinate with headquarters, providing updates on local product sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager or Sales Role with Leasing/Rental Service
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.
