Service Business Program Manager

• Collect and analyze data on product performance, consumer behavior, market trends, and economic conditions.
• Synthesize and analyze information to identify opportunities and threats, leveraging data to formulate product strategy.

• Develop launch plans for new business initiatives, establish product strategies, and communicate brand objectives.
• Define product positioning, assortment planning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaign planning to achieve annual business unit targets.

• Possess a strong understanding of product management concepts such as inventory, sales, and replenishment (PSI).
• Coordinate and manage relevant processes; adjust product sales strategies through performance tracking and analysis reports to adapt to dynamic market conditions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and distribution channels.
• Ensure the execution of product plans and strategies; communicate and coordinate with headquarters, providing updates on local product sales performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager or Sales Role with Leasing/Rental Service
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.
