- Develop and execute the Maison strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Full accountability for the P&L, including revenue growth, gross margin optimization, and cost control.
- Lead annual budget planning, quarterly forecasts, and financial performance reviews with the regional MD.
- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to maintain market leadership.
- Oversee all POS types, ensuring retail excellence in service, merchandising, and sales performance.
- Strengthen relationships with key wholesale partners (department stores, multi-brand retailers) to maximize sell-out and brand positioning.
- Plan new store openings, renovations, and closures, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Ensure brand image consistency across all touchpoints (clients' journey, visual merchandising, window displays, staff presentation, etc…).
- Drive sales targets across all channels and all product categories.
- Implement action plans with regional marcom team (product launches, events, promotions) to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with regional merchandising teams to ensure optimal product assortment and inventory levels.
- Lead clienteling strategies, ensuring high-touch service for VICs and repeat buyers.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, leveraging data to personalize client engagement.
- Train teams on client acquisition and retention techniques, ensuring a luxury experience at every touchpoint.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure swift resolution of complaints.
- Collaborate with global/regional marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to enhance brand desirability and notoriety in the Taiwan market.
- Oversee all media planning and execution, ensuring effective reach and alignment with brand values as well as PR results to build positive brand perception and secure favorable media coverage.
- Conceptualize and implement impactful brand activations and events to engage target audiences and elevate brand experience.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and passion for luxury.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring succession planning for key roles.
- Partner with HR on performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Ensure boutique operations comply with Richemont's policies (security, loss prevention, audit standards).
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, and after-sales service.
- Manage lease negotiations, vendor contracts, and local legal requirements in partnership of Richemont share services.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Luxury Management, or related field.
- 10+ years in luxury retail management, preferably in watches, jewelry, or luxury fashion
- Proven record in P&L management, retail expansion, and wholesale distribution
- Strong negotiation skills with landlords, distributors, and commercial partners
- Experience in CRM, clienteling, and omnichannel retail strategies
