◆ 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably as a recruiting/sourcing specialist or full-cycle recruiter, with at least 2 recent years focused on sourcing/resume screening in the VLSI or semiconductor hardware domain.
◆ Manage and disposition direct applications across global regions.
◆ Track and process employee referral resumes in alignment with agreed service levels.
◆ Monitor inbound applications and ensure appropriate mapping to open requisitions across geographies.
◆ Source, engage, and attract top talent in response to ad-hoc business needs.
◆ Proactively build talent pipelines, both passive and active, to meet evolving hiring demands.
◆ Participate in stakeholder interactions such as weekly updates, strategy meetings, and candidate debriefs.
◆ Leverage research and sourcing techniques to build pipelines and drive turnout for weekday and weekend walk-in interviews.
◆ Maintain real-time updates in the ATS; track interview progress and diversity metrics.Minimum Qualifications:
◆ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, or a related field.
◆ Strong communicator with the ability to serve as a talent advisor and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the sourcing process.
◆ Demonstrated ability to hire talent through diverse and unconventional sourcing channels, including ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms.
◆ Active contributor to team and organizational talent initiatives, including diversity events, hiring campaigns, and strategic projects.
◆ Ability to articulate and represent the company's value proposition to enhance employer brand awareness in the market.
◆ Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and regular updates.Preferred Qualifications:
◆ Experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting within a high-tech company or client environment is a plus.
◆ Tech-savvy and eager to learn about emerging technologies (e.g., 5G, mobile, computing, automotive, IoT), with the ability to leverage this knowledge to identify and attract the right talent.
