
Sales Specialist (North), Interventional

- Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan that outline territory sales objectives and areas of vulnerability.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota and provide monthly forecast for the defined area
- Effectively communicate therapy's value proposition to customers and partner with Clinical Medical Affairs to deliver outstanding clinical and training support to ensure physicians quickly become clinically independent.
- Qualify, train, assess, and ultimately develop accounts to adopt the therapy as an integral part of their disease practice with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption.
- Communicate current market conditions and recommend improvements to the commercial process.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within defined region.
- Provide support for the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues.
- Proactively support organizational goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Authority regulations, including strict compliance with Teleflex Customer Relationship policies.
- Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and teammates.
- Establish and maintain credentials to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities as required by facility requirements.

- Partner closely with the Line manager, Sales team, and Marketing team to identify and prioritize customers for higher-level corporate relationships.
- Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Partner with the Line Manager and Finance team to ensure all required sales reporting forms are completed and submitted on time.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Medical industrial experience of sales/marketing for Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience
- Experience in Coronary Vascular Disease and/or Peripheral Vascular Disease is a must
- Demonstrate outperforming sales achievements is preferred
- Independent, highly self-motivated and result driven and can work independently
- Experience in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environment and needs
