ContextThe IT ERP Manager is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the company's ERP systems(e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). This role acts as the key liaison between business units and IT to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives, while managing a team of BPA (analysts, developers, or consultants) as needed.RequirementsBachelor with substantial work experience or Master with equivalent experience
Experience in leading project teams
Specific for Line manager additional requirements:IT / Technical domain knowledgeExperience with delivery of solutions and products.ResponsibilitiesIT line Manager, coordinates and manages operational annual plan ,Evaluates organizational design for own functional.Lead the planning, implementation and optimization of ERP systems(SAP, Oracle)Align ERP initiatives with overall BPA and business strategy.Evaluate and recommend new features or upgrades based on business needs and technological advancements.Project & Change ManagementOversee ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.Manage change requests, system enhancements, and process improvements.Collaborate with business units to define project requirements and deliver business value.Support project implementation through effective information dissemination and logistics coordination.Assist the GL and team leads in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.Ensure compliance with IT governance and company policies.Diversity and inclusionASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
