We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager who combines strong technical expertise with hands-on leadership experience, bringing deep knowledge in cloud services, distributed systems, and web services. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading agile development teams and can make sound technical decisions while mentoring engineers in building our world-class AI platform. You will manage a team of exceptional Software, and Computer Vision Engineers, fostering daily collaboration, removing obstacles, and ensuring technical excellence in delivery. You'll have the autonomy to guide your team's technical direction while maintaining a hands-on approach to architecture and implementation decisions. We're committed to developing both your leadership and technical skills, as we continuously adapt to our customers' needs. It's still Day 1!BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
- Has experience of GenAI and Agent service development using LLM/VLM
