分享職務說明 / Key ResponsibilitiesThe opportunity:This is a senior partner account management role to drive business growth covering Digital Transformation Solution and AI & Intelligent Automation Product, and pipeline with Partner Eco-system in support of the company's revenue goals.The Business Partner must work cross functionally through the various sales, marketing, services, products and support departments displaying direction and leadership to define and advance the overall business goals. Managing all aspects of selected Named and Other Partners. His/her role is responsible for the execution of the company's partner strategy, developing plans focused on pipeline generation, marketing, and enablement, and driving alignment with Field Marketing and Sales teams.This role is critical to the success of the GCG region, reporting to the Director Partner Management GCG, identifying, developing, and driving pipeline with Named and Other Partners and to discover and deliver incremental, partner-originated revenue opportunities for the Taiwan Country.需求條件 / Key RequirementsRequirements:
  • 5~10+ years partner management, sales, business development or partner channel development in the information technology industry
  • Previous enterprise software sales and management experience (both direct and indirect)
  • Proven success in closing complex deals & technical understanding of products/solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage partner sales relationships effectively at senior executive levels.
  • Proven ability to work across culturally diverse teams to solve partner and customer issues
  • Strong communication and presentation skills & good understanding of IaaS/SaaS business models
  • Proven track record of managing partners as well as strong success in personally developing partner relationships/ programs with demonstrable results
  • Previous experience successfully partnering with local and international SI's and technology partners
  • Strong business acumen and capable of developing and managing strategic plans with partner and company executives and challenging the status quo
  • Proven history of analyzing situations, employing creative and effective decision making to solve problems/achieve results
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and excellent negotiating skills and ability to present to both small and large audiences
